Hire the pavilion
The pavilion is available (when not in use for cricket) throughout the year for hire to members, non-members and local community groups. We offer very flexible bespoke terms for all hires.
Fully licensed
The premises are licensed, and we can provide a manned bar serving a wide range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (we can tailor offering for your specific event if needed). The bar must be run by a member of the Bovey Tracey Cricket Club committee or nominated and trained bar person. Bar prices are our standard member prices, significantly below prices in local pubs.
Facilities for every event
The venue provides many options for use including
- A large main room which can be set up as required – tables and chairs are available for dining or meetings with a seating capacity of around 40. Alternatively, the room can be set up for all types of events, meetings, celebrations or parties with plenty of space for socialising.
- 2 large screen TVs are available and can also be used for wireless presentations.
- A large Bluetooth speaker can provide your choice of music.
- Pool table.
- A fully fitted kitchen is available for your use (crockery, cooking utensils etc provided) – double oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher etc.
- Free parking is available at the Recreation Ground.
