Welcome to Bovey Tracey Cricket Club

Bovey Tracey Cricket Club was founded in 1850 and is situated at the Recreation Ground in Bovey Tracey on the South East edge of Dartmoor.  All are welcome at our club, regardless of gender, race, age, socio-economic background or ability. Our aim is to ensure that cricket is accessible and safe for players, spectators, social members and visitors, encouraging them all to join our cricket community.

Through a structured coaching and development programme the club aspires to develop its youth through to the highest levels possible, playing at all times with a competitive and fair approach.  Many of our young players go on to represent Devon.

Something for everyone

For 2024, we will be fielding 4 Saturday Tolchards Devon Cricket League teams (1st XI's in Premier Division; 2nd XI in B Division; 3rd XI in F Division; 4th XI in H Divison) as well as a Tolchard's Devon Women's Cricket League XI (Division 2). We also have 9 Junior teams participating in the Devon Youth Cricket League.

All Stars Cricket, the ECB’s programme to introduce all children aged 5 – 8 years to cricket, will be running again in 2025.  Please check back here for further details once we have them.
